The live feeds were down for most of the day leaving fans wonder what the hell was going on. Well…Apparently, Victor (BB18) and Nicole (BB16 & BB18) not only paid the houseguests a visit, they got engaged!

That makes TWO Big Brother couples to either get engaged or announce their engagement (Cody and Jessica BB19) on this season.
