Broken down by mom, here’s what you missed last night on Teen Mom 2

Jenelle

Jenelle is excited about her engagement, but worried about how her mom will react. To my surprise and probably Jenelle’s, Barb said the ring was beautiful and didn’t say anything negative. Jace has been acting out and even being violent towards Barb and others. He hit Barb in the nose leaving a bruise and felt no remorse about it. Jenelle gives him a speech about how if does that when he’s older he will go to jail. To me this comes as no surprise because look at the toxic environment and negative role models he has in his life. Jenelle takes the family on a tour of her new house which is extremely nice. Nathan spends his 10 seconds of fame making fun of Ensley’s name and complaining about Jenelle leaving her 6 day old baby to get engaged, which I agree is something I would never do. 

Leah

Leah continues to go to school and is balancing coparenting well. Cory tells Leah that Ali doesn’t want to do tumbling anymore because it’s too hard and she gets tired. Aleeah struggles with understand why she wants to quit and says it’s dumb. However, Leah wants what’s best for Ali and lets her choose. Leah starts a new business selling lipsense eith a friend.

Briana

Briana struggles with Nova starting to understand she’s different than her family she knows. Her skin is different and Nova doesn’t like her hair and wants to have it straightened. Brittany is so good with her and explains that her hair is beautiful. Briana realizes that Nova is getting to the age where she needs to know Devion and his side of the family more so she understand where her skin and hair come from. She talks to Devion about how hopefully once he gets his license he will visit more and how both he and his mom should be calling more to see how Nova is doing. 

Chelsea

Chelsea has seriously hit the jackpot with Cole which couldn’t be more clear this episode. Cole is shown reading a birthday card Aubree made for him and the message inside made me cry tears of joy. I love seeing their relationship. Meanwhile, Aubree’s dad calls a mediation to lower child support. The mediation is canceled, but it is revealed that he tested positive for meth which is just horrible. 

Kailyn

Long story short Kailyn and Javi went to court and they both agreed to the PFA which means Javi can’t be within 100 yards of Kailyn and can’t contact her if it’s not related to Lincoln. Kailyn seemed upset they didn’t look at her evidence of “abuse” which is just horrible because it almost seemed like she wanted it to effect his job even though he has never laid a finger on her.
